Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Where is the Boys and Girls Club of the North Country located?
A: The BGCNC Clubhouse is on Route 302 in Lisbon, behind the Evergreen Sports Center (formerly the Four Seasons) and in the same building as The Gym.
Q: What are the BGCNC hours of operation?
A: The after school program runs from 3:00-6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Following the Littleton School District calendar, we are closed for all holidays and staff development days. During February & April Vacation and our 9-week Summer Camp, we are open from 7:30-6:00 daily.
Q: How much does it cost to become a member of the BGCNC after school program?
A: The membership fee is $75 for the entire school year! This includes bus transportation provided TO the club from Littleton and Lisbon. A return bus leaves the club at 6:00 pm and drops off members at Lakeway Elementary School at 6:20. This return busing service is provided at the low cost of $20 per month.
Q: How do I sign my child up to become a member of the BGCNC After School Program?
A: It's easy! Just click on "Registration" on the sublink menu and download the registration form. Print it out and bring it by the club or mail it to PO Box 111 Littleton, NH 03561. There are also forms available at the club, so come by for a visit!
Q: Is there time for my child to get their homework done at the BGCNC?
A: Yes! School work takes a top priority at the Boys and Girls Club and we schedule 45 minutes of quiet homework and study time into each day. Staff and volunteers are always available to give assistance. While we do not require members to do their homework, those who choose to complete it at the club are rewarded with incentives!
